What is Cirkel?
Cirkel turns shopping around. Instead of searching through listings, you post a request for the item you need, and vendors who have it come to you with offers.
Is Cirkel free?
Yes. Posting requests, making offers and chatting are free right now. We plan to introduce paid plans in the future so that requests are made with real intent. We'll be clear about it before anything changes.
Can I sell on Cirkel?
Yes, as a vendor. Choose Vendor when you set up your account, pick the categories you sell, and you'll get alerts when buyers request items in them. Vendors reply to requests with offers. There are no listings to create.
What can I request?
Items: phones, electronics, fashion, home goods, auto parts and more. Anything illegal or unsafe, such as weapons or drugs, isn't allowed.
How do I pay?
Buyers and vendors agree on payment and collection between themselves in the chat. Cirkel doesn't take payments in the app.
Is it safe?
Everyone agrees to our community rules when they join. You can report a request, a profile or a chat, and block anyone. We review reports within 24 hours. As with any marketplace, meet in public places and check the item before you pay.

Cirkel is on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android.
Can I change my account email?
Not at the moment. Please sign up with an email address you'll keep using.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings, then Privacy & security, then Delete account.
