Cirkel is currently operating in beta testing phase and is not yet formally established as a business entity in Ghana. This Privacy Policy is provided to inform you about our data practices during this developmental stage.

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your country, where data protection laws may differ. If you are located outside Ghana and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data to Ghana and process it there.
